Konvergense is a UAE-based AI automation and digital agency founded in 2008. We help businesses across the UAE and GCC implement AI automation solutions that improve productivity, customer service, operational efficiency, lead generation, and business growth.
We are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Manager / Client Success & Adoption Lead to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who can manage AI automation projects from planning to launch, coordinate internal teams, communicate with clients, support user adoption, and ensure that delivered solutions create measurable business value.
The ideal candidate should combine project management discipline, client-facing communication, technology understanding, and a strong focus on implementation success.
Position Overview
The AI Delivery Manager / Client Success & Adoption Lead will be responsible for managing the delivery and post-launch success of AI automation projects for Konvergense clients.
You will coordinate between clients, AI consultants, developers, automation engineers, data specialists, designers, and management to ensure projects are delivered professionally, on time, and in line with approved scope.
This role is not limited to project coordination. It also requires ownership of adoption, training, documentation, feedback, reporting, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery Management
- Manage AI automation projects from kick-off to deployment and post-launch support.
- Create project plans, timelines, milestones, task lists, delivery schedules, and status reports.
- Coordinate internal teams including AI consultants, AI developers, automation engineers, data specialists, designers, content teams, and quality assurance resources.
- Ensure project scope, deliverables, dependencies, and responsibilities are clearly understood by all stakeholders.
- Track project progress, identify risks, resolve blockers, and escalate issues when required.
Client Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main coordination point between Konvergense and client teams during project delivery.
- Manage regular client updates, meetings, follow-ups, feedback sessions, and approval cycles.
- Communicate clearly with business owners, department heads, marketing teams, operations teams, IT teams, and senior stakeholders.
- Help clients understand project progress, implementation requirements, testing needs, and launch timelines.
- Maintain professional, responsive, and structured communication throughout the project lifecycle.
User Adoption & Training
- Support client onboarding, internal user training, and adoption of AI automation solutions.
- Prepare or coordinate training material, user guides, SOPs, FAQs, workflow instructions, and handover documents.
- Help client teams understand how to use AI agents, dashboards, workflows, escalation processes, and approval flows.
- Collect user feedback and coordinate improvements after launch.
- Monitor whether the solution is being used effectively and identify barriers to adoption.
Quality Assurance & Launch Support
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, test cases, feedback rounds, and final approvals.
- Ensure delivered solutions match approved requirements, workflows, and client expectations.
- Work with technical teams to resolve issues before and after launch.
- Support go-live planning, launch communication, and transition to support or retainer phases.
- Track post-launch issues, bug reports, enhancement requests, and optimization opportunities.
Client Success & Growth
- Monitor client satisfaction, solution performance, usage, and business impact.
- Help track outcomes such as time savings, cost reduction, lead generation, customer response improvement, productivity gains, and process efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for future automation phases, additional AI agents, workflow improvements, or retainer-based optimization.
- Support account retention, renewals, upsells, and long-term client relationships.
- Contribute to case studies, performance reports, and client success stories where appropriate.
Documentation & Internal Process Improvement
- Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, approval records, change requests, training materials, and handover files.
- Help develop internal delivery templates, project checklists, SOPs, reporting formats, and client onboarding processes.
- Improve Konvergense’s delivery methodology for AI automation projects.
- Ensure that each project is documented clearly enough for support, maintenance, and future upgrades.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Digital Transformation, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
- Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar qualifications are an advantage.
- Certifications in AI, digital transformation, CRM platforms, customer success, or business analysis are also beneficial.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, client success, digital transformation, technology implementation, SaaS delivery, CRM implementation, agency project management, or consulting delivery.
- Experience managing technology, digital, AI, automation, software, website, CRM, or enterprise implementation projects is preferred.
- Experience working with SMBs, enterprise clients, or government/semi-government organizations in the UAE or GCC is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and client-facing delivery processes is essential.
- Previous experience in an agency, consulting firm, SaaS company, software company, or enterprise technology provider is an advantage.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
The candidate does not need to be a developer, but must have strong working knowledge of digital and AI automation project delivery.
Required Technical Understanding
- AI automation, AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, workflow automation, and digital transformation concepts.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, CRMs, ERPs, websites, databases, forms, WhatsApp, email systems, and SaaS platforms.
- Understanding of project management tools, task tracking, documentation, reporting, and approval workflows.
- Ability to understand technical issues well enough to coordinate between clients and developers.
- Understanding of testing, UAT, change requests, scope control, and go-live planning.
Preferred Technical Exposure
- Project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar platforms.
- CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Automation tools such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar systems.
- Website, e-commerce, customer service, marketing automation, and helpdesk platforms.
- Reporting dashboards, analytics tools, and client performance reporting systems.
Skills and Other Requirements

- Fluency in English is required. Arabic communication skills are an advantage.
- UAE/GCC market experience is strongly preferred.

- Experience delivering AI automation, digital transformation, CRM, SaaS, website, or enterprise technology projects.
- Experience managing projects for industries such as real estate, healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, finance, insurance, or professional services.
- Experience with enterprise procurement, stakeholder management, phased delivery, or governance-heavy projects.
- Ability to prepare client reports, ROI summaries, adoption reports, and project dashboards.
- Experience supporting long-term retainers, customer success programs, or managed service contracts.

Location
UAE / GCC region preferred.
Candidates based in the UAE will be given preference. Remote or hybrid working arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates with strong delivery management and GCC client experience.
