Payment Policy for Konvergense LLC F.Z.

Thank you for choosing Konvergense LLC FZ (“Konvergense”, “we”, “us”, “our”) for your branding, digital marketing and AI automation services. We are committed to providing convenient, secure payment options and being transparent about how payments are handled. This policy outlines how payments work when purchasing our services.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Wire transfer – local and international (direct to company bank account)
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
We use reputable third-party payment processors (Stripe and PayPal) to handle your card information securely. We do not store your card details on our website.
Payment Processing Authorization
When you provide your payment information and confirm your purchase, you authorize Konvergense to charge your payment method for the total amount of your purchase. All transactions are processed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED).
For card payments, your payment card will be verified, authorized and charged at the time of making the transaction and confirming your purchase. If your payment fails at the commencement stage, we will notify you and work with you to resolve it.
For PayPal payments, you authorize PayPal to deduct the total amount from your PayPal account upon confirming your purchase.
Receipts and Invoices
You will receive a payment confirmation by email after your purchase. Formal invoices are issued in advance to facilitate the payment and invoice numbers must be quoted at the time of making the payment. Please contact us if you have not received a Tax Invoice before making the payment. Our standard payment terms are “On Invoice”. Late payments may incur interest charges.
Applicable VAT rates charged will be based on the VAT rates currently in force in the UAE and your country at the time of transaction processing. Rates may change in accordance with local tax authority rules. Applicable VAT charges will be included in the quotes and invoices and must be paid accordingly.
If you are not fully satisfied with our services, please contact us. We will review your case and determine if a full or partial refund is warranted. Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Types of refunds: Full refund to original payment method, partial refund, account credit for future purchases, or exchange for a different product.
- Timeframe: Refunds processed within 7-14 business days after approval.
- Conditions: Custom/personalized orders not eligible for refund once production has started. Discounted/promotional offers are non-refundable.
- How issued: Refunds issued as reversal to original payment method. Credit card refunds can take 2-10 business days to process through issuer.
- Return shipping: No return shipping charges will be charged or refunded as we transfer all assets in digital format only via ad download link.
- Billing frequency: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a monthly or annual basis depending on plan and terms indicate din the quote, invoice and agreement.
- Cancellation: Customers can cancel a subscription anytime with a 30 days written notice.
- Early termination: 50% of remaining plan balance charged as early termination fee.
- Partial periods: Unused parts of billing cycle are non-refundable. Service will continue until the end of the billing period paid for.
- Measures: SSL encryption, tokenization, regular audits, fraud monitoring, strong customer authentication.
- Storage: No card data, customer data or personal information is retained on our servers after transaction.
- Access: Payment information accessible only by authorized staff under strict data policies.
- Reporting: Customers can email email@example.com to report suspicious charges or activity.
We do not retain full payment card details. Securely tokenized card data is stored only as needed to process future recurring transactions. All payment information is safeguarded under strict data security policies.
Card Data Security
Customer card information is encrypted and tokenized during transmission through our secure online checkout flows. Tokens replace raw card data and are used to process payments without storing full card details. We are PCI DSS compliant and undergo regular security audits.
Customers must ensure payment information provided is complete, accurate and up-to-date. We are not liable for any errors, failed charges or non-delivery that result from incorrect or outdated information provided. Customers are responsible for keeping payment methods current.
Compliance and Consumer Rights
- Compliance: We adhere to fair credit billing laws including FCBA and TILA.
- Disputes: Customers must notify us of unauthorized/fraudulent charges within 60 days. We will investigate and reimburse if deemed valid.
- Billing errors: If we are notified of a billing error within 90 days, we will investigate and issue credits if applicable.
- Reimbursements: Customers have the right to receive full reimbursement for any billing errors or erroneous charges.
We are not liable for any errors, failed charges or non-delivery resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated payment information provided.
If you see any unauthorized or suspicious charges, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will investigate disputed transactions and make any corrections or reimbursements as applicable per our policies. Any legal issues will be handled in the UAE courts only.
