We are a UAE-based AI automation and digital agency founded in 2008. We help businesses across the UAE and GCC use artificial intelligence, automation, intelligent agents, chatbots, voice assistants, and digital workflows to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance customer experience, and drive business growth.
We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Consultant / Solutions Architect to join our team. This is a senior client-facing role for someone who can understand business challenges, identify automation opportunities, design practical AI-powered solutions, and work with technical teams to deliver high-impact outcomes for SMB and enterprise clients.
The ideal candidate should combine business consulting ability with strong technical understanding of AI, workflow automation, APIs, CRM/ERP systems, data flows, and modern AI tools. This role requires someone who can translate client requirements into clear solution architecture, implementation plans, and measurable business value.
Position Overview
The AI Automation Consultant / Solutions Architect will lead the discovery, planning, and solution design phase of AI automation projects for clients across industries such as real estate, healthcare, education, retail, hospitality, professional services, finance, and enterprise operations.
You will work closely with business owners, department heads, marketing teams, operations teams, IT teams, and senior decision-makers to understand their workflows and recommend AI automation solutions that are practical, scalable, secure, and commercially valuable.
This role is ideal for a professional who is comfortable working at the intersection of business strategy, AI technology, process automation, customer experience, and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
Client Discovery & Business Analysis
- Conduct discovery meetings and workshops with clients to understand their business goals, pain points, workflows, systems, and automation needs.
- Identify high-value AI automation opportunities across sales, marketing, customer service, operations, HR, finance, and internal productivity.
- Map existing business processes and recommend improved AI-powered workflows.
- Assess client readiness for AI automation, including data availability, system integrations, team capability, and operational constraints.
AI Solution Design
- Design practical AI automation solutions using AI agents, chatbots, voice assistants, workflow automation tools, CRM integrations, knowledge bases, and API-connected systems.
- Prepare solution blueprints, workflow diagrams, user journeys, functional requirements, and implementation roadmaps.
- Define how AI systems should interact with business tools such as websites, WhatsApp, email, CRM platforms, ERP systems, helpdesk tools, databases, and internal documents.
- Recommend suitable technology stacks, platforms, tools, and implementation approaches based on client requirements and budget.
Technical Coordination
- Translate business requirements into clear technical briefs for AI developers, automation engineers, integration specialists, and data teams.
- Work with developers to ensure the final solution matches the approved business use case, workflow, and client expectations.
- Support the creation of AI prompts, agent instructions, decision flows, escalation paths, human approval loops, and system logic.
- Review technical outputs from a business and usability perspective before client presentation or deployment.
Commercial & ROI Planning
- Estimate business impact, operational savings, productivity gains, lead generation potential, and customer experience improvements from proposed AI automation solutions.
- Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, cost estimates, scope documents, and implementation plans.
- Help clients prioritize automation initiatives based on business value, complexity, cost, and time-to-impact.
- Contribute to retainers, phased implementation models, and long-term AI transformation roadmaps.
Governance, Risk & Quality
- Ensure proposed AI solutions include appropriate controls for accuracy, data privacy, access permissions, compliance, escalation, and human oversight.
- Identify risks related to hallucination, poor data quality, user adoption, integration failure, or process gaps.
- Support user acceptance testing, feedback collection, and solution refinement.
- Help define documentation, SOPs, training materials, and post-launch optimization plans.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Digital Transformation, Data Science, or a related field.
- A Master’s degree, MBA, or relevant professional certifications are an advantage but not mandatory.
Professional Experience
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, business process automation, AI solutions, SaaS implementation, CRM/ERP consulting, or enterprise solutions architecture.
- Experience working with SMBs, enterprise clients, or government/semi-government organizations in the UAE or GCC is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and convert them into practical technical solutions.
- Experience with AI automation, workflow automation, CRM implementation, digital transformation, or system integration projects is strongly preferred.
- Previous agency, consulting, software, SaaS, or enterprise technology experience will be an advantage.
Technical Knowledge & Skills
The candidate does not need to be a full-time developer, but must have strong working knowledge of modern AI and automation technologies.
Required Technical Understanding
- AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, voice assistants, and conversational AI.
- Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms.
- Prompt engineering, AI workflows, RAG/knowledge-base systems, and AI response quality controls.
- Workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- API integrations, webhooks, databases, forms, CRMs, and third-party SaaS platforms.
- CRM, ERP, helpdesk, marketing automation, and customer service platforms.
- Basic understanding of data privacy, user access, security, and enterprise implementation requirements.
Preferred Technical Exposure
- HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress, WhatsApp Business API, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and helpdesk platforms.
- Vector databases, document-based AI search, knowledge-base automation, and internal copilots.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Basic understanding of Python, JavaScript, SQL, or low-code/no-code development environments.
Skills and Other Requirements
- Strong business analysis and consultative problem-solving ability.

- Ability to explain AI and automation concepts clearly to non-technical decision-makers.
- Strong understanding of business workflows, operational efficiency, and digital transformation.

- Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create workflow maps, solution briefs, proposals, and implementation plans.
- Commercial awareness and ability to connect technology recommendations with business value.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and priorities.
- Fluency in English is required. Arabic communication skills are an advantage.
- UAE/GCC market experience is strongly preferred.

- Certifications in AI, cloud platforms, automation tools, project management, business analysis, CRM platforms, or digital transformation.
- Ability to create visual workflow diagrams, automation maps, and solution architecture documentation.
- Experience preparing AI automation proposals, audits, ROI estimates, or digital transformation roadmaps.

You should be comfortable speaking with CEOs, business owners, department heads, IT teams, marketing teams, and operations managers. You should be equally comfortable discussing business goals, customer experience, technical feasibility, automation workflows, data requirements, and project scope.
This role requires a practical, commercially minded, and solution-oriented professional who can help Konvergense deliver AI automation projects that are useful, reliable, and aligned with client business outcomes.
Location
UAE / GCC region preferred.
Candidates based in the UAE will be given preference. Remote or hybrid working arrangements may be considered for highly qualified candidates with strong GCC market experience.
