Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled, talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and leads for our clients.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or higher degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven work experience of 4 years or more as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a digital/media agency.
  • UAE experience is a must.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing social media strategies for various industries and client types
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to craft engaging copy and captions
  • Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer)
  • Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Solid understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret and act on performance data
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills and stay current with industry trends

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand visibility, reach target audiences, and drive business goals.
    • Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
    • Creating and curating engaging content for various social media platforms, including writing captions, headlines, and copy, as well as designing graphics, videos, and stories.
    • Managing social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, and optimization to achieve specific marketing objectives.
    • Monitoring and analyzing social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and content, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Engaging with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner, building relationships with followers, and fostering engagement.
    • Collaborating with marketing teams and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all platforms and align social media efforts with overall business objectives.
    • Staying updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn new skills.
    • Monitoring brand mentions and addressing customer feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation and provide insights for improving products or services

Technical Skills:

You must also be proficient in using the leading social media marketing tools, including:

      • Social media management platforms like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, and Agorapulse, which allow users to schedule posts, monitor conversations, analyze performance, and collaborate with team members.
      • Content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Giphy to design visually appealing graphics, videos, and GIFs for social media posts.
      • Social listening tools like Brandwatch and Khoros to track brand mentions, monitor industry trends, and engage with relevant conversations.
      • Analytics tools integrated within social media platforms or provided by third-party services to measure the performance of social media campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
      • Automation tools like IFTTT and Zapier to streamline repetitive tasks, such as automatically sharing blog posts to social media or generating reports.
      • Influencer marketing platforms to identify and collaborate with relevant influencers who can help amplify brand messages and reach new audiences.
      • Social media advertising tools provided by platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to create, manage, and optimize paid campaign.
      • Customer relationship management (CRM) tools like HubSpot to integrate social media data with other marketing and sales activities, enabling a more holistic view of customer interactions.
      • Experience in Social SEO and content optimization for social media
      • Understanding of email marketing and its integration with social media strategies
